The CD was a labor of love and a first project for myself and my twin Lisa Allison. Modeled after a music meditation we were performing live and released in 1995, this CD includes both instrumentals and vocals.
There are many interesting stories connected to this CD. While the music for this CD was being written, our Mother, Grace Ann Rudy, passed away...about a year before the CD was released. And while in studio, there was this amazing Angelic presence Lisa and I could feel during recording. We have heard from many this comes across on the CD. When my father-in-law was in his final days, this was his CD of choice. We are told of how it is used in post-operative healing. Something very special is captured on this CD.

This CD is a short story of Dani, a young child who has just moved, and his dolphin friend Vala, who teaches him valuable lessons about life, like "all the beauty that surrounds you lives inside as well".
Released in 2000, this CD was our launch into our children's work, and is a winner of a Children's Web Award for Best Story CD.

This piece is dedicated to John Uno Sebenius II, my Father-in-law, who passed away in November of 2004.
Program notes from the premiere: On a warm summer evening while sitting in the middle of a two-acre field of wildflowers, the quiet around me made room for inspiration. Gazing out on the variety of colors and sizes, "petals of every hue", I felt a peaceful sense of unity even with the diversity in this one small field. I understood so clearly the correspondence to the unity of all our different peoples on this precious Earth.

A very funny little "silent" film which has appeared in many film festivals around the World. I attended its premiere at the Seattle Film Festival, where I was delighted to hear the couple in front of me turn to each other and say "Great music!".
I was lead composer along with Mark Sheperd and Ron DeWolf. I composed the first 2:48 minutes, then from 7:07 to the end. And, oh yeah, I played the piccolo in this film, the instrument for the $100,000,000,000 Pen! In the first cue, I was inspired by Debussy's Gollywogs Cakewalk, perfect for a bumbling but sweet nerd. My favorite is the Mime/accordian cue...and the flick of the cigarette timed with the xylophone glissando.
I was given a Women in Film Nell Shipman Award for this film.
